What you should know about Link City Church
Te Oranga Wairua Spirit Life Link Church was planted because Wairua Tapu spoke to a small group of people about living in Hamilton and building a community there. We love His presence, and believe that He has called us to live in Him, through Him, and beside Him. Wairua Tapu is always moving and always breathing, so Te Oranga Wairua is about being a community that lives in response to His movement. Te Haa o te Whenua The Sound Essence of the land We want to be a community that is a reflection of the land we stand upon. So we pursue bi culturalism, hoping to be a church that looks and sounds like Aotearoa, culturally diverse, but authentically connected to the M ori world view and story and the cultural collision that happened as tangata tiriti Non M ori arrived.
It is also about the connection we have, either as tangata whenua or tangata tiriti, to the land. As we pursue this sound, we believe that we will become more and more like who we are called to be, which will help others to do the same. We believe in social justice, that God calls us to walk into brokenness and pain with love and mercy, and not shy away from it. God's mission for us is all about loving people, so we aim to do that as individuals, whanau and as a collective. Whakawhanaungatanga Authentic Relationships Authentic relationships is firstly about being in a real relationship with God. Secondly, it is about being real with people and 'sharing one another's roads'.

We can't live out our christian lives with podcast and the latest christian songs, our connectedness, our gathering together is a reflection of a divine heavenly community that has modeled life together for us.
