Camilla’s goal is to lead a company that provides a quality product with exceptional customer service. Hamish is a qualified print tradesperson with specialist skills in label manufacturing. Wayne has an extensive background in packaging and joined Label and Litho in 2015. Label and Litho is a thriving family business based in Lower Hutt, Wellington.
Founded in 1964 we’re 100 New Zealand owned by Camilla Welch Managing Director and Hamish Kincaid Director and Chief Technical Officer and Angus Kincaid Director and Commercial Manager . In 2013 we moved to our new home in the former Goulds Fine Foods Factory, where we now employ over 45 permanent staff. We are a supplier of self adhesive labelling to both local and international markets with a strong focus on high quality food beverage , wine , beer and pharmaceutical labelling. Ironically, it’s a reputation that’s not necessarily deserved, because the very same negative publicity about the environmental impacts of paper and printing in the 1980s and 1990s encouraged the printing industry to become more environmentally sensitive, 20 years ahead of other industries. Here at Label and Litho, we are committed to maintaining an excellent standard of environmental sustainability.
To that end, in 2006 we joined Landcare’s EnviroSmart programme, achieving the Enviro Mark Gold certification in 2008. Finalist in the Brewers Guild 2014 Morton Coutts Trophy for Innovation in Beer Labelling. Winner of the Excellence in Manufacturing Award, the Excellence in Leadership Award and the Supreme Award at the 2012 Westpac Hutt Valley Chamber of Commerce Awards. Winner of the Sustainability Award, the Best SME Award and the Supreme Award at the 2010 HERBusiness Wellington Businesswoman of the Year awards

With over 100 craft beer brands now on the Fresh Zealand market, and craft beer making up only 2 of the domestic beer market, having a beer.
