What you should know about Hamilton City Holiday Park
Countdown Supermarket, Chemist and Cafe is 5 minutes walk away on Peachgrove Road. They run both clockwise and anti clockwise around the city every 15 minutes Monday through Saturday. We are accessible to bus stops that will take you into the heart of our vibrant city, which has a important ca culture plus many pubs and clubs or jump on Hamilton’s orbiter bus service. Something for the children and young at heart are Candy land, Dona vans Chocolate Factory and Hamilton Zoo, all nearby.
Hamilton International Airport is only 20 minutes drive away, Auckland Airport is approximately 1 hours. There are sufficient of eating options for an evening meal in one of the local restaurants catering for a wide variety of tastes and international styles. We are on the eastern boundary of town allowing easy access to Hamilton Gardens, Waikato Stadium, Hamilton Events center, Hamilton International Airport 15 minutes, Mystery Creek 15 minutes, University of Waikato 1km and City center 2km. From plain backpackers for 2 people to fully self contained units ideal for families. The newly developed Claude lands Event center is a 10 minute stroll down the road.
Seddon Park, again in the city, is where you will find national and international cricket games. Hamilton has 135 parks and gardens and 58 sports areas with over 1,00 acres of originate space within the city. There is a play area in the middle of our park, pertinent for below 13 years, and an area for gentle ball games. We bear a range of accommodation to suit maximum budgets in detached style cabins.
Hamilton is Fresh Zealand’s largest inland city and the fourth largest urban area, having a population of around 150,00 people. We are qualified to cope with demand for campsites when there are special events in our city, due to our normally large sites being impaired by 2 units. We only accept guests aged lower 25 years if staying with a parent or coach. Hamilton is home to the 26,00 person capacity Waikato Stadium, which hosts national and international events throughout the year
