As a portion of this development, a fresh istration building with library, IT Suite and staff facilities was built along with 5 fresh classrooms, and the superior of the existing classroom buildings relocated onto what was the existing playing fields. Divide accommodation is also provided on the hill above the main building in the form of a trivial hunting lodge, constructed in the same manner as the main building, with two en suite bedrooms. Due to this 'front of site' location the hall has been designed as the school's main feature building, generous the school a presence close to its' entrance.

This was an existing three bedroom,1930's brick and tile house with all the living areas facing south, and kitchen and bathroom areas which were too trivial to confront the family's needs. The existing house was wholly remodeled with begin plan living spaces and a fresh kitchen.
The community now has a state of the art school, which makes a clear and unique statement about the school and its values. As leading commercial architects, Gisler Architects work with companies of all sizes in the greater Waikato. As the existing hall at Koromatua School was too small to accommodate sporting activities, a new multipurpose hall was constructed at the fore of the school. A fresh front entrance was also added in keeping with the existing brick cladding.

Our commission for this work came through a design competition to provide a master plan for the school looking 10 to 20 years into the future in this growing rural town. Over the years, Gisler Architects’ experience has included the stuffed range of school buildings at primary, intermediate and secondary school slick including istration and student services blocks, general and specialist classrooms, libraries, laboratories, technology and information technology spaces, halls, performing arts music drama centers and Wharenui. The two main living spaces and children’s fallout area, unfold to outdoor living areas and the pool beyond. An existing garage and sleep out were of destitute construction and not in keeping in with the appearance of the existing house.
The garage and sleep out were demolished to allow for the construction of a new wing that housed the kids bedrooms and bathroom, along with the office, laundry and back entrance door. As an Area School, MBA caters for years 1 13 students and these are split into the junior area years 1 6 the intermediate area years 7 8 and the senior area years 9 13. Founded in 1993 by Tim Gisler, Director and Chief Architect, Gisler Architects has grown to a team of 12, comprised of three registered architects, two architectural graduates, four technicians and three istration promote personnel
