Their new modern offices on Collingwood Street in Hamilton feature two levels of office space with a below ground glossy vehicle park. The location of the changing seating presented specific challenges as it had to be constructed over the existing stadium embankment, over a road and around the existing two level Waikato rugby headquarters. Specific fire engineering design principals utilizing sprinkler concern to the two level buildings were adopted to ensure the requirements of the stakeholders were achieved, being open plan development between the levels.
