Our mission is to assist you in achieving your property related goals and increasing the value and marketability of your property. louise feathers planning was established by Louise Feathers in 2011 to provide boutique planning services. Years of local experience in resource consents, subdivision and land development projects in the Waikato has meant that Louise has developed strong relationships with Council staff, an in depth working knowledge of the local district plans and knowledge of local issues which assist in obtaining consent approvals quickly and with practical conditions.
Louise specialises in subdivision and land use planning across the North Island and has experience working on a number of large and small scale projects providing planning support and developing resource consent applications. Cate has over thirteen years experience as a Planner, and has worked for both local government and private planning consultancies within the Waikato region. Cate has prepared and processed a wide range of complex resource consent applications, and is experienced in stakeholder and community consultation. Marlize has 17 years experience as a planner, with the last 10 years spent in New Zealand, working for both local government and private planning consultancies within the Waikato region.
Marlize enjoys working on a variety of land use and subdivision projects to achieve the best outcome for the client and the site. PJ graduated from Waikato University with a Bachelor of Environmental Planning, and joined louise feathers planning in 2015. Rapidly gaining knowledge and experience working on varied projects within the business he has become an integral part of our team. PJ enjoys new challenges and likes seeing the projects he has worked on achieve successful results for all those involved.
With a Masters in Science with a focus on Earth Science and Geology, plus 9yrs of Infrastructure work within local government and prior employment in private consultancies, Trisha comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Trisha has built integral partnerships with many government departments and engineering consultancies which enable her to provide excellent service to our organisation and to our clients. She brings with her knowledge and strong relationships gained from working within a local council for over 15 yrs. She is responsible for the istrative tasks needed in order to keep the office running smoothly. Our key focus is the expert preparation of resource consent applications the acquisition of the approvals needed to move projects from the conceptual stage to a physical, benefit generating reality in a timely cost effective manner.
Applications for variations, certificates of compliance, existing use rights. Preparation and presentation of expert evidence at Hearings and Environment Court. Offering a full subdivision service, including Project Management, Resource Consenting, Surveying and Engineering, louise feathers planning can take the difficulty out of all types of subdivision .
