What you should know about Dawn Til Dusk Cafe and Restaurant
When Lynda’s not at Sunrise Til Dusk you’ll find her with her husband and daughter. Ecstasy is the Manager of Dawn Til Dusk and works very closely with Linda and Murray Rumbles in making safe everything runs as it’s meant to. She’s also getting Gateway work experience with Daybreak Til Dusk where school and work, tie in together and this goes towards NCAA credits. All burgers, toasties and any meals that don’t require Stone grill are available to takeaway. So if you’re watching your calorie or stout intake then Stone grill dining has to rank up there with taste and healthy cooking methods.
It’s important to us to cater for children who are very much valued customers here at Sunrise til Dusk as well. Ecstasy is Linda’s sister and when she’s not at Daybreak Til Dusk you’ll find her enjoying time with her husband Curry and their three attractive daughters either on the netball court sideline or supporting them in their studies and work. When your Stone grill meal is presented at your table you simply turn over your Stone grill selection whether that’s chicken which tastes divine by the way, beef, lamb or fish. We’ve got a beautiful range of food that the older generation really appreciate it’s simple, nutritious and fits their sometimes limited budget.
Laura’s learned many practical skills at Sunrise Til Dusk and you’ll often find her baking in the school kitchen with her students. Of course, cooked without added oils or fats, together with quick searing of your meat means you’re outgoing of a delicious and healthier meal. Linda and Murray Rumbles were on holiday when they first experienced Stone grill dining. Haley enjoys family time with her extended family and is a true asset to Daybreak Til Dusk.
Having sailed for many years, Janice is very proficient and sailing is one of her passions. Christ is what the Daybreak Til Dusk team refers to as their weekend girl she works Saturday and Sunday in every area from dishes, cooking and even barista. We decided at the beginning of Dawn til Dusk to make sure we went out of our way to make this special group of people feel welcome and valued. Rebecca is Murray Linda Rumble’s ring if you need someone to pack in when other staff are off. When Christ’s not at Daybreak Til Dusk you’ll find her in Year 12 at Otorohanga College where she enjoys of course her hospitality class
