What you should know about C1 SOUTH
We specialise in wheelchair seating and have an extensive range of cushions, back supports and accessories for both adults and children. We also carry a range of innovative products including daily aids for independent living, leisure and recreation as well as some non disability related lifestyle products. C1 South Ltd was started in 2004 by an occupational therapist, registered nurse and custom fabricator designer that have over 80 years of combined experience in the disability field. We aim to support therapists, clients and customers by providing wheelchair equipment, products, and services throughout New Zealand that focus on individualised outcomes to promote.
Our seating equipment is fundable and available for trial as per the funding process guidelines. Customisation We provide a full customisation service for most of our cushions and back supports. Tania is able to discuss your client’s needs and recommend the most suitable equipment whether it be off the shelf or a modified or fabricated item. Our office staff are also trained to provide you with information about all of our products.
Peter challenged himself to do one random act of kindness a week for a year. About Wheelchair rugby is a cross between basketball American football and ice hockey designed specifically for wheelchair users, although those who are able bodied may also participate. We sponsor the locally held event on an annual basis including April 2016 and have staff members who also participate in the game. About Parafed Waikato provides sporting opportunities and support for people with physical disabilities to be involved in an active lifestyle.
Parafed Waikato hold an awards evening to honour the volunteers, coaches and officials that support these talented athletes in their chosen sport. This is the second time Parafed Waikato have hosted an awards evening to honour the volunteers, coaches and officials that support these talented athletes to achieve in their chosen sports. Winner of the PWC Official of the Year, Carol Armstrong, revealed that refereeing at International Boccia Championships and top level New Zealand tournaments. We sponsor the parties for children with autism and their families on an annual basis including June 2016. Cause IDFNZ is a non profit organisation dedicated to supporting children, teenagers and adults with diagnosed Primary Immune Deficiency PID disorders as well as bone marrow and liver transplant children. In 2016 we paid the fees for a 13 year old rep netballer whose mother became terminally ill. Cause Parafed Waikato provides sporting opportunities and support for people with physical disabilities to be involved in an active lifestyle. Whether patrolling swimming areas or rescuing in heavy surf, every Surf Lifeguard knows the powerful motivation of saving or protecting a life
