We have staff assigned to monitoring and updating all health and safety policies and procedures regularly, including . The upgrade has helped ease congestion at the roundabout and has been designed to improve safety for the vehicles and cyclists passing through. BBO both designed and supervised the construction of this project, and communicated with all affected parties to ensure a positive outcome. BBO offers consultancy services in the fields of engineering, planning, surveying, contract procurement and related disciplines. Chris’s unflustered professionalism and knowledge of detail during Environment Court proceedings was highly valued. Chris Dawson has been involved in a variety of planning work for Waikato District Council for a number of years. When it was decided to review Te Kauwhata in detail Chris was the obvious choice due to his in depth knowledge of the Te Kauwhata area and his familiarity with the Council’s philosophy to achieve sustainable development.
Mr Dawson has been a major player in improving our relationship with the Hamilton City Council and they too seem to have a great deal of trust in him. BBO consultants, including road traffic engineers, environmental water experts, archaeologists, and planners presented professionally with confidence and competence where upon Resource Consent was approved by the Hamilton City. Bloxam Burnett Olliver BBO played an integral part in the successful construction and commissioning of Meridian Energy’s Te Uku Wind Farm in the Waikato, leading the civil design and engineering aspects of the project. BBO also provided consenting and environmental management services for the project. The Base is one of New Zealand’s largest retail centres with over 80,00m2 of floor area.
The base is a hugely successful development for Tainui and we look forward to working closely with BBO to continually come up with world leading solutions to deal with complex development requirements. We have found BBO refreshingly consistent in their timely and professional approach to their work. BBO has gone on to carry out resource consent, survey, advisory and traffic design work for us over several further stages of the project including an extension to the village in 2013.
