I lead weekend nutritional retreats at the beautifu Opoutere beach 3 times a year, where you learn the key fundamentals to designing the ideal diet for you and your family. I opened Waikato's first organic wholefoods store, Te Pataka, in the early 1980's. To assist you in gaining knowledge skills to improve your overall health and well being, increasing your enjoyment in life. Even with increasing amounts of government money given to the Health budget, there is still a crisis in health and health care.
We offer a range of naturopathic health assessments Health WoF Check and personalised Wellness programmes , designed to create sustainable living habits for all long term!. providing opportunities for you to increase your knowledge and awareness of how you nourish yourself. The team at as Well as Wellness Centre work at the highest standards, with continual service assessments to make sure that everyone gets the most out of their visits with us. Past President of Naturopaths of New Zealand Inc, Committee members of Naturopaths of New Zealand Inc. Programme Manager Coordinator of the Diploma in Natural and Complementary Medicines Certificate in Natural Therapies. I started the Shake it diet on the 18th of March 2014 and have never looked back. Here's a photo collage I made this week, the photo on the left is me 3 years ago at my brothers wedding. After therapy to realign my hips I walked out of the clinic literally feeling like a new woman! Rahn, its been a little over a month since Verity started her treatment with you and you changed her life. Not only did I feel physically much better when I walked out, but mentally better too. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone goes and sees the fantastic As Well As Wellness Centre! Now I make it a point to have regular visits to make sure I’m managing my health and I’ve never felt so full of energy.
