Architecture Bureau Ltd is a Practice Member of the Fresh Zealand Institute of Architects. This house is reminiscent of the spirit of flexible holiday living, designed primarily as a one bedroom holiday home with the main bedroom and living areas orientated towards the views and the sun. We believe people are at the heart of design, and bringing immense design to our clients and communities we labor with is our ultimate goal. Architect Evan Mayo was briefed to design a new family home with a unused spacious interior that provided flexible, adaptable spaces. These sleeping areas are discretely positioned so they do not intrude on the sense of the plain one bedroom Bach experience.
Architecture Bureau has been active on the design for a purpose built data center for layer Group subsidiary Waikato One, at Innovation Park near Hamilton. Award-winning architect, Evan Mayo has over twenty years experience in the design and construction industry, having worked on a number of residential and commercial projects in Fresh Zealand and abroad. We also endeavor to ensure the experience of busy with us is satisfying and memorable. This residential project is a important renovation of a conventional 1950’s Huntley brick Hamilton houses into a spacious contemporary two smooth family home.
Behind initially planning to use the rear house as a holiday home the clients decided to make the mount their permanent home.
